Material:
The slats are made from 12mm black MDF board with EO environmental rating. MDF adopted technology
The finish, which contains small cracks and cams, creates a beautiful, natural look. All slats are 27mm wide and spaced 13mm apart. The slats are fixed to an acoustic felt base. The base is 9mm thick and made from recycled materials, which makes the panel not only aesthetically pleasing but also of sustainable value.
Maintain:
The panel can be easily cleaned with a duster. You can also use a wrung-out towel if it's been a while since you last cleaned. Do not rub as this may damage the surface and be sure to always try a small piece first.

1. What are the factors of influencing the NRC?
Perforation rate, gap between the wall and panel, the density and thickness of the acoustic panel etc.
2. Can I get samples for testing?
Sure, we usually provide samples for checking quality. But express charge is freight collect. Sample cost is refundable when you place the bulk order.
3. Do you accept customization?
Yes, we could accept OEM way, so that it can be easier to open the local market and build a long-term partnership between us.
4. How can you guarantee the quality?
We take modern management system to control the quality. Take strict selection for upstream suppliers to insure the high quality materials. And we pay more attention on the production and staff training. When the products are ready, they would be sent to the package workshop, put in carton with foam between each panel to avoid the friction and damage.
5. What's your MOQ? M
OQ 100pcs is available. However, we can accept small quantity for your trial order.

7. How to proceed an order for acoustic panel?
At first, let us know your requirements or application, your favorite colors, density ect. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and pay the deposit on the formal order. Finally, we arrange the production.
